• You acknowledge that we accept no liability for any loss of any kind due to reminders being sent in error, failure to send reminders or for any other reason whatsoever.
• You accept that we may need to make occasional updates to the service which may result in downtime. We will always endeavour to minimise any disruption that this may cause.
• You accept that during downtime reminders may not be sent.
• You acknowledge that you understand that any people you ask us to send reminders to will receive an email from us requesting their permission to do so. Your name and email address will appear in that request.
• You acknowledge that you understand that every reminder that we send out to someone on your behalf will contain your name and your email address.
